at One are very excited to announce a series of massage courses for beginners in Birmingham, Brighton and in Manchester. We have secured some fantastic venues and have a choice of dates and times for you.
Our massage courses for beginners are an ideal introduction to learn how to massage. You will be taught by a trained Holistic Therapist of several years and will be able to ask as many questions as you like during your session.
We have created our beginners massage courses so that it is adaptable for use at home, since not many of us have massage tables to practice on. The routine that you will learn targets the key stress areas, and focuses upon the back, shoulders, neck and head.
The massage course for beginners combines some theory with lots of practical hands on learning. We know that you want to practice and learn as much as you can, and so have taken this into consideration. The routine that you will learn is very effective and many people have been surprised at how easy it is to learn.
Our courses are available in Manchester, Birmingham and Brighton.
