Vitamin D and B12 Tests are they worth it?

Vitamin D and B12 Test

Vitamin B12 and D are key to ensuring that your body works well and in optimal working order.  Vitamin B12 is key in the functioning and development of both brain and nerve cells. Vitamin D helps the body absorb and retain calcium and phosphorus; both are critical for building bone. Also, laboratory studies show that vitamin D can reduce cancer cell growth, help control infections and reduce inflammation.
